Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after order placement. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology to reduce waste and ensure freshness. This means your items are created specifically for you after you place your order.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days after production
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days after production (where available)

Shipping times may vary due to holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

International Orders

At this time, we do not ship international.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you'll receive:

    • Email confirmation with tracking number
    • Direct link to track your package
    • Estimated delivery date

    Shipping Address Requirements

    • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
    • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

    Undelivered Packages

    Domestic (US) Orders:

    • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment
    • Reshipment fees may apply

    Production Locations

    Our products are printed and shipped from various facilities in the United States to ensure faster delivery:

    Your order will be fulfilled from the facility closest to your shipping address when possible.

    Damaged or Lost Packages

    Damaged Items:

    • Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery
    • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
    • We will replace damaged items at no cost to you

    Lost Packages:

    • If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office
    • Contact us within 15 days if your package remains missing
    • We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution

    Holiday Shipping

    During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.):

    • Processing times may be extended to 3-10 business days
    • Shipping carriers may experience delays
    • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
